At the beginning of the 2020 NBA Bubble Playoffs, I heard Paul Pierce say, “If LeBron and the Lakers lose to Portland in the first round, I don’t want to hear none of that GOAT talk anymore.” 🥶

This is a guy (LeBron) who has won 3 NBA championships, including 1 where he took the Cavaliers (who had never won a ring before) to a title, after coming back down 3–1 (never done before) to the Golden State Warriors who had just set the best ever regular-season record with 73 wins.

I mean, I am in the #1 #Jordan #2 #Kobe camp all day, but come on.

If being in #sales is not the closest thing to being a professional #athlete, then I don’t know what is.

For all you #salespeople who are #grinding day in and day out, where your #KPIs are reset every year, every quarter, every week, every day.

We see you. We feel you.

When we blast a salesperson for being too pushy, or “too passionate”, or ask #whathaveyoudoneformelately, let’s think about this.
